Our style is professional, happy and easy-going, we will take care to make sure you feel at home and that you are well looked after during your stay.

Our place

All our rooms are spacious with a unique décor and meet European high standards. The rooms are tastefully decorated and provide you with ultimate comfort. A free WiFi, ceiling fans and a large smart TV are some of the modern features, next to a modern wet room with spacious walk-in shower, toilet and washbasin. All rooms have double comfort beds, locally handcrafted wardrobes, bedside tables and beautifully restored chic chairs. To complete your Room 27 experience all rooms have modern windows and mosquito nets, while African fabrics add splashes of color in the form of cushions and curtains. The walls are adorned with African artwork. Last but not least, all our rooms are extended with a private terrace with comfy seats.

At the heart of the house is the bright and airy ‘hub’ which leads to the rooms on the ground floor. The impressive staircase leads to the upper floor rooms. The hub serves as a communal chillout and breakfast area where you can chill, socialize or use your mobile or laptop with the free Wi-Fi on the comfy sofa and chairs. Too lazy to cook? Don’t worry, we can offer a delicious breakfast or provide you with a home delivery from a wide choice of restaurants nearby.

In our tranquil courtyard you can enjoy the peace and quiet of our cozy oasis in the sun or the shade. To enjoy the outdoors in the evening there is a BBQ at hand. A private parking is available within our gated and guarded residence for one or two vehicles.

The area
Room 27 Guesthouse Kololi is a peaceful place in the neighborhood of Kololi. On our doorstep there are a handful of restaurants, cafés and bars serving simple foods and local dishes. Within a stone-throw you will also find a few small shops selling essentials such as drinks, snacks, bread etc. We’re only a 15 minutes walk away from the beautiful Kololi beach and the Senegambia strip with many restaurants, bars and clubs. If you prefer, you can also hail a taxi just outside our gates.
