Found on the pristine beach of Kotu, Playa del Sol Beach Bar Restaurant opened in June 2022 and is combining the beauty of the beach with a relaxed setting and home-cooked food inspired by Italian, Moroccan, French, Asian and Gambian food culture. Playa del Sol is founded by Jasmine Bensouda, a young entrepreneur who gained her experience in the family owned businesses like El Sol Mexican Cuisine & Beyond, Gusto Italian Restaurant and Bar and Aquarius Cafe.
