Forest View Apartment Complex is situated within easy walking distance to the pristine Atlantic Ocean with its endless sandy beaches and also to the famous ‘Senegambia Strip’ with some of the finest restaurants and bars of The Gambia.

The construction of the Forest View complex commenced in 2018 and apartment are completed in November/December 2019. The complex consist of 76 units, being 28 1-bedroom apartments and 48 2-bedroom apartments. Due to the U-shape of the building, all apartments have a view of either the inner courtyard or on the surrounding areas. There are several small gardens around and in the complex. Adjacent to the reception area is the courtyard with a large pool and some sunbathing areas.

Due to the location buying an apartment at Forest View is an excellent investment opportunity as there are no free plots left in the Senegambia area to develop and due to it proximity to the tourist facilities the renting opportunities are good.

The apartments are fully tiled and have pre-installed LED ceiling lights, with provisions to connect your split unit air conditioner and ceiling fans. An open plan living space with kitchen unit that has pre-installed electric kitchen extractor, an electric oven and a gas cooker. The supplement for a electric cooker is 250 Euro.

A management company provides services like cleaning of the public areas, pool and gardens, around the clock perimeter security and CCTV monitoring and garbage disposal. Included in the service charges are the municipal and operational taxes.

Currently there are a limited number of 2-bedroom apartments for sale with prices from 76,506 Euro. There is only one 1-bedroom apartment available at 54,450 Euro (availability and prices, subject to change).
